Chief has been more than reasonable each time I have dealt with him. I highly recommend him for any of your towing needs etc. in the greater Charleston area. Not only has he cut me a break on his price but he has delivered my vehicle straight to me when I ended up at the wrong location for pick up. My apartment complex has some pretty strict policies and he could have towed me numerous times but the guy knows my situation and has looked after me ever since. He treated me like a person rather than a dollar sign and that is unheard of in his line of work. I wont name any names but Im sure some of you have experienced the hassle some of these tow companies will give you. If I could I would give Chief a better rating. Genuinely a great dude and does business the way its supposed to be done. There are still decent folks out there you guys. Thanks again brotha!!

I was towed by this company for being parked in the fire lane although I was upset I was wrong. The company was a wonderful company he had the driver bring the car back and gave me a discount. I have been towed by other companies and no one company has ever been understanding like chiefs towing. If you are parked in a tow zone it's not the company fault. Wonderful company all around.

Chiefs Towing is professional, punctual, and got my car out of a low clearance garage in a tight space without any problems. Rennie was really nice to deal with over the phone and in person. I called to request a tow and spoke with the most pleasant person Ive ever met. He informed me that he wouldnt had been able to tow my car that day but would get to it first thing the next morning. The rate he gave me was one of the cheapest Id called around that day and received. Wellhe kept his word ! He picked up my vehicle which I wasnt present there to witness, he texted me to let me know he was on his way to the shop and he also let me know when he dropped it off. Definitely a lifesaver ! And highly recommended because Ill definitely be using his services in the future !

This man is an absolute legend. The best thing I've seen all day, the highlight of my night. My car crapped out inside of a parking garage and wouldn't start. Tried everything, called AAA three times, they couldn't help me. Had to get my baby towed since they were clueless about the issue. Called at least 10 companies, including JG, Turky's, Jenning's and etc. Not one could help or wanted to deal with my situation. Until this absolute trooper of a man said he could. I was so excited, I was stuck there for hours and missed work. My car is very low to the ground, and that man maneuvered my car off the 4th floor like an absolute champ. I was driving behind him, and he was avoiding the potholes to not scratch my bumper. The gentlest driver, my god. If I need towing again (I hope this was my first and last time), I'm not calling anybody else besides this company. He really helped me out tonight, and I'm so very thankful. If I can go beyond 5 stars, I would.
